The Toronto Raptors are trying to purchase a first round selection for $3 million, the maximum amount of cash allowed to be included in an NBA trade, from teams with multiple picks like the Grizzlies and Timberwolves. There's probably a fair chance that the Grizz would sell either their 25th or 28th selection, since the rotation really does not have room to add 3 rookies.
