Grizzlies, Spurs, and Numbers: 8 > 1. 4-2. 99-91. That Just Happened.

The Memphis Grizzlies are officially the second eight seed to defeat a number one seed in a best-of-seven series in the NBA playoffs after defeating the San Antonio Spurs, 99-91. The numbers don't lie.

What the hell else can you say right now? It's incredible in that, based on the way the series went, it probably should have happened, but still: The Memphis Grizzlies finished the job tonight. They held off every Spurs challenge, and they did it their way. The Western Conference Semifinals await.

Can we all take a moment or two, and try and let all this sink in?
