Russ Isabella-USA TODAY Sports

The game just ended in Salt Lake City and the Grizzlies beat the Jazz on the road for the first time since Pau Gasol and Damon Stoudamire were starters. We'll have more on this win later on, but everything good for the Grizzlies came in the second half.

The Grizzlies went into the break down 54-44, but outscored the Jazz 28-10 in the third quarter on a big run led by Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol's scoring and Tony Allen's chaos generation. Tony Allen also made a long 2-point jumper, but I think I may have dreamed that. Randolph ended up with 25 points and 16 rebounds, and Hamed Haddadi had a season-high 8 rebounds in 12 minutes when Gasol got into early foul trouble.

The Griz looked good in the second half tonight. Great team win. All heart, grit, grind.
