Good News: Grizzlies Freeze Season Ticket Prices For 2012-13 Season

Stay connected for news and updates

It's always nice to see a franchise stay loyal to its most loyal fans. And that's just what the Memphis Grizzlies have done, by announcing that they are going to freeze season ticket prices for the 2012-13 season. That. Is. Awesome.

Look, typically what happens is when a team makes the kind of run that the Grizzlies are currently on they tend to find a way to cash-in and make a little extra coin by, you guessed it, raising the prices on tickets. Now, that's not to say that those of you buying single-game tickets aren't going to see an increase, but as for the season ticket holders, you're safe for now. No need to dig through your cushions looking for loose change.

Excellent.
