Ey y'all. I am a Warriors fan that lives in the Miami area now and I'm such a rosterbator I thought I would share this idea with y'all since Gay's name is being bandied about so much. You guys would receive Chalmers and Battier from Miami and Korver from Atlanta. You give up Gay and Selby. Miami gets Horford and Selby and they give up Battier, Chalmers to you and Josh Harrelson and Joel Anthony to Atlanta. Atlanta gives up Horford and Korver and receives Anthony, Harrelson and Gay. This gives you a college and NBA champion, good shooting guard in Chalmers, two shooters at the 3 and I feel this would be great for y'all playoff run this year plus you get cap relief and aside of Gay you don't touch your rotation. Miami does it for Horford (a Dominican and Florida alum) who will provide much needed serious interior threat and Battier, Anthony, and Chalmers are not Miami natives like James Jones and Haslem are plus they just won a championship so it's not giving up on or betraying those 3 rotation guys they're sending out. Atlanta would do it for the possibility of the most athletic frontline ever with Gay, Smith and Howard which they can afford in July. And they would have Teague at point who can't go wrong with such a team rather than paying Chris Paul. I think this trade would give Memphis everything reportedly being asked for for Gay except a draft pick which can be obtained with Chalmers anyway if wanted. And I checked the math and the rosters that's why I didn't give y'all a big. What do y'all think??
