GBBLive with Kirk Henderson of Mavs Moneyball and Issac Simpson of the Man Cave Sports Show Now Available for Download!

Injuries, Coach Joerger and some bold predictions were all a part of the latest GBBLive! - Robert Mayer-USA TODAY Sports

Another Thursday night came and went with a great episode of Grizzly Bear Blues Live! If you missed the show featuring GBB Managing Editor Chris Faulkner, Mavs Moneyball's Kirk Henderson and Yahoo Sports 730 AM's Issac Simpson, you can find ways to listen below.

The Sun seemed a bit brighter, food tasted a little better and getting up Thursday morning was a little bit easier after the win over the Miami Heat this past Wednesday night, and Grizzly Bear Blues Live kept those good vibes going Thursday night. The show was upbeat, and there was plenty of great Grizzly discussion to take in. If you missed the show, you can listen in the player below.

In segment 1, our fearless leader Chris Faulker joined me for our weekly segment "Grizzly Bear News." Chris is great as always here talking about the weekly Ranker poll, which this week focuses on reasons the Grizzlies may miss the playoffs. While injuries certainly have affected the season at large, personally I feel that if the Grizzlies miss the playoffs entirely it has more to do with poor execution and coaching changes than injury.

The second segment of the show had Kirk Henderson of Mavs Moneyball, the Dallas Mavericks' SB Nation blog. It was great having Kirk on the show to talk about the fantastic season the Mavs are having. Considering they own the tiebreaker over the Grizzlies and play the Suns for the tiebreaker on Saturday night, it is safe to say Dallas, while possibly not the 7 seed if Memphis wins out, is the most likely to make the playoffs of the 3 teams jockeying for the final 2 spots out West. We spoke about Dirk Nowtizki's awesome season and how Dallas is making it work so well with such an eclectic roster.

Issac Simpson of "The Man Cave Sports Show" here in Memphis on Yahoo Sports 730 AM joined me in the final segment. It was a pleasure talking with Issac, as he had some good insights on the Tayshaun Prince question and the recent struggles and possible resurgence of Tony Allen. Issac predicted the Grizzlies would go 5-0 to close out the season starting with the Heat game, which after the Mavericks lost to the Spurs Thursday night would give the Grizzlies the 7 seed. Memphis, if they win out, can avoid San Antonio in the first round. Yes please. I will be on Issac's show today at 4:40 on Yahoo Sports 730AM, be sure to listen!
