As our GBB Community Mock Draft chugs along, reader Arkm110 is responsible for selecting for the Toronto Raptors. Toronto had a successful season this past year, improving drastically after trading Rudy Gay to the Sacramento Kings. The Raptors has a solid core of Demar DeRozan and Jonas Valanciunas, but Kyle Lowry is an Unrestricted Free Agent and this pick is big for them to continue to develop their depth as a roster.

With that in mind, with the 20th pick in the 2014 GBB Community Mock Draft the Toronto Raptors select...

20) Cleanthony Early, SF/PF, Wichita State

Early fills a need as a wing who can help Toronto off the bench. Terrence Ross and DeRozan will likely continue to start for the Raptors, but bench players Steve Novak, Landry Fields and John Salmons all leave something to be desired from a production standpoint. Early is ready to produce now, and for a team like Toronto who sees the weakness and uncertainty of the East and the possibility of reaching the Eastern Conference Finals in front of them, they will want that immediate production. The next step is to re-sign Lowry, or allow for him to walk and find a replacement in free agency.
