Hey, look at that, the Grizzlies have gone and broken a franchise record this morning, after the NBA has decided to move their January 2, 2013, game against the Boston Celtics to NBA TV.
According to our friend Ron Tillery:
The Grizzlies' road game Jan. 2 against the Boston Celtics will be televised by NBA TV. Memphis-Boston replaces the Dallas at Miami game that was previously scheduled.
The Grizzlies will be featured on national television a franchise-record 16 times this season: seven on ESPN, one on TNT and eight on NBA TV.
Respect due, and respect earned.
Now, for those of you who don't have NBA TV, this probably isn't welcome news at all. And for that we say, "Thanks a lot, David Stern!"
