Final Score Haiku: It's Wayne-ing Buckets

USA TODAY Sports

Yes: Wayne was on fire!

Put the Kings on a Sleep Train,

And they did not wake.

Welp.

Wayne Ellington shot 6-7 from beyond the arc on his way to racking up 26 points. I can't wait to see what his shot chart from tonight looks like.

Tony Wroten got in at the end of the game, scored his first NBA bucket, and would've had at least one more assist if Jimmer Fredette hadn't hacked Darrell Arthur.

Zach Randolph made a three-pointer.

Things did not go well for the Kings tonight. Their building looked mostly empty, and even though they led 23-22 after the first quarter, they got into trouble after halftime and never caught back up. The Grizzlies simply came out after halftime and obliterated them, scoring over 110 points for the first time all season.

Here's the box score:

Final - 1.7.2013 1 2 3 4 Total
Memphis Grizzlies 22 29 36 26 113
Sacramento Kings 23 22 20 16 81
