The Grizzlies will be without the services of Tony Allen tonight, as he serves a one-game suspension for reenacting the movie Street Fighter against Chris Paul. While this isn't the best of news, Golden State will be without the services of star PG Steph Curry, so the situation is balanced to some degree.

The Grizzlies tipoff against the Warriors at 9:30pm CST in the Oracle Arena in Oakland, and the game can be viewed locally (Memphis) on the usual tv/radio combo of Fox SportsSouth and 92.9 FM ESPN.

Recently for the Grizzlies: A superb win over the LA Clippers to hand them their first home loss of the season. The Grizzlies looked in control for most of the game, and their success was a result of several solid performances from starters and bench play. The Grizzlies have a chance to hand another team their first home loss as they enter Oracle Arena tonight.

Recently for the Warriors: Golden State is coming off consecutive wins against the Utah Jazz (thanks NBA scheduling) and knocked off the OKC Thunder in dramatic fashion a couple of nights before having their Jazz Vacation. The Warriors have struggled against top Western Conference teams thus far, as their only losses have come to the Clippers, Spurs and Grizzlies.

Last time they met: 11/9/2013, the Grizzlies showed us a glimpse of the team they have started to become in the last 3 games. The Warriors have plenty of talent outside of Steph Curry (inactive with concussion), but Memphis has simply had their number for quite some time, winning 10-in-a-row against Golden State. The Grizzlies have only lost to the Warriors 3 times this decade, and there's little reason to believe things start to change tonight.
