Dexter Pittman is now the newest member of the Memphis Grizzlies, as reported by Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports:
Heat has agreed to send forward-center Dexter Pittman and a second round pick to the Grizzlies for a trade exception, sources tell Y! Sports

This fills the roster spot the Grizzlies needed to fill after declining to sign guard Chris Johnson for the rest of the year, and also gives the Griz another big guy to throw out on the floor.
PIttman is now the third Griz player with a championship ring, along with Tony Allen and Tayshaun Prince, and one figures he's the end-of-the-bench big to play the 5 with Darrell Arthur or Ed Davis. (Hopefully he's not going to soak up Davis's minutes, though. Lookin' at you, Coach Hollins.)
The Grizzlies also got a second round draft pick in the deal.
UPDATE: Ron Tillery reports that the trade exception used in the deal was the one the Grizzlies got for trading Sam Young last year, not the one they have from the Marreese Speights trade or the Rudy Gay trade:
Young was sent to Philly for rights to Ricky Sanchez last year. Sanchez was sent to MIA and MEM used Young's trade exception on Pittman
