In today's game preview the possibility of being short-handed tonight due to the processing of the Courtney Lee for Jerryd Bayless was discussed. Especially with Tony Allen nursing a hand contusion, there was a chance Memphis was going to be without multiple wings against the Spurs. That will not be as big of a problem as originally thought.
First, a tweet from the Grizzlies beat writer for the Commercial-Appeal Ron Tillery outlining exactly what is being exchanged.
MEM gets Lee and 2016 2nd rounder from BOS BOS gets Bayless from MEM and Gomes from OKC OKC gets conditional 2017 2nd rounder from MEM

Oklahoma City gets involved to loosen up their tax situation and possibly make another deal down the road. Memphis will likely not lose that 2017 pick; "conditional" screams of the Tony Wroten deal, in which the pick is heavily protected for the Sixers.
Then, Grizzlies sideline reporter Rob Fischer tweeted out this update-
Trade is official. Courtney Lee is officially with @memgrizz and will be available tonight vs @spurs

And another tweet explaining Lee's status further.
Dave Joerger on whether or not Courtney Lee will play tonight for @memgrizz - "It's possible. You just never know how the game will go."

Possibly great news for a Grizzlies team that will need Lee against the Spurs. It will be harder to collapse on the post with Lee and his 44% shooting for the season from beyond the arc on the court if he plays. Even if his minutes are limited in his first appearance and he looks out of sorts a bit as he learns scheme, his size and shooting will be welcome additions both tonight and in the future.
