Action shots from the Grizzlies 105-101 win against the Timberwolves.

Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph led the Grizzlies to their frist opening game win since the year 2000 last night. Gasol led the way for Memphis with a career high 32 points, which was also a record for most points by a Grizzly on opening night. Marc also added 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals in this fantastic performance. Zach Randolph helped himself to a double double, with 25 points and 13 rebounds. Mike Conley finished the game with 16 points and 6 assists, whilst Courtney Lee scored 14 points. Tony Allen added 8 points, and impressive 5 assists and led the team in steals, with 3. The Grizzlies didn't get much production from their bench, with the 5 bench players who saw playing time scoring just 10 points between them on 3-16 shooting. Though Vince Carter did knock down 2 clutch free throws. Thaddeus Young led the way for Minnesota with 26 points, with Mo Williams adding 18 points off the bench.
