The Grizzlies put on a dominant display of basketball to blow away the Rockets by 26 points last night.
7 Grizzlies finished the game with double digit scoring performances, with all 12 players that saw time on the court scoring at least 1 point in the 119-93 win.
Houston came into the game having won every road game they had played this season, whilst Memphis had won every home game played so far. Something had to give, and it did as Memphis took a stranglehold early in the game and led by 16 points after the first quarter. The lead would be extended to 31 by the end of the third quarter before the reserves would see out the game for both sides.
Mike Conley led the Grizzlies with 19 points, with Randolph, Lee, Pondexter, Koufos, Udrih and Leuer all scoring double digits aswell.
Udrih and Conley shared the honours in the assist department, with 6 apiece.
Trevor Ariza led Houston's scorers, with 16, but was just 4-13 from the field.
Memphis held James Harden to just 6 points on 1-8 shooting, he also shot just 5 free throws during the game.
Jarnell Stokes played 6 minutes on his NBA debut, hitting 2-2 from the field and grabbing 2 rebounds.
