Memphis Grizzlies 2014-15 Season Highs: The Mike Conley Sixers Splash

Going through some of the best moments of the 2014-15 season.

It had been a rough night for the Memphis Grizzlies in Philadelphia on December 13th, 2014. The Grizzlies were being out-rebounded by the Sixers, getting nothing from their bench, were turning the ball over and had shot 2/12 from three through the first three quarters of play.

You know, the frequent story we end up reading when the Grizzlies play against bad team.

But then the 4th quarter rolled around and Mike Conley put on a different mask. What? Too soon? He really did though.

Captain Clutch ended up leading the way and shooting 4/5 from three in the final period, including this insane last-second heave that would deflate the Sixers and allow the Grizzlies to coast to the easy win in Philly.

I think one of my favorite parts of the following minute after this shot was the cameramen finding several priceless reactions from the crowd at Wells Fargo Center.

"Nuh uh..."

"Reee-heeee-heeeally?"

"Omuahunnhuhhggh?"

"Mmmmmmmnnmnmnnooooo!!"

But of course, my favorite reaction is that of Vince Carter.

"Son, what?"
