Memphis Grizzlies Season Highs: Carter goes Vinsane on Gobert

Half man, half amazing. All of my heart.

December 22nd, 2014 vs. Utah Jazz

Justin Ford-USA TODAY Sports

Vince Carter, we might as well call him Papa Carter, didn't have the season that we A) wanted B) needed C) expected, but he still provided me with plenty of basketball-memory candy this season. Excluding the Grizzlies/Kings "Hoop City Miracle" game, this one has got to be the best.

It'll be the Everlasting Gobstopper of Memphis Grizzlies highlight plays for me.

You can watch the full play for all the context over here. This dunk is awesome on so many levels: it was a tight game and this tied the game up in the 4th quarter, it's basically Vince going 1-on-3, and he posterizes Rudy Gobert and his 30 ft wingspan. The crowd goes wild. My heart flutters.
