This would be considered somewhat of a drop for Looney, who was slated as top-five pick by certain outlets earlier in the year, but in reality was never regarded as such by NBA teams because of his average frame and athleticism. Concerns about the long-term outlook of his hips could cause him to slide into the 20s.
