There's only one way to keep Vince Carter's body in the condition needed to play professional basketball these days: freezing him from shoulder-to-toe.
Vince, you think you might need to crank this sucker down a few Kelvin and just stay chilled until next April?
I jest, of course, because I love Vince Carter. But it's pretty funny that medical technology now allows players to cryo-freeze their bodies to help with recovery.
It's not just for the middle-aged, however. Vince got the young guns of Memphis – Jordan Adams, Russ Smith and JaMychal Green – to step into the cooler, too.
.@MrVinceCarter15 took a few of his teammates to get cryotherapy w temps as low as -260 degrees F #ThatsColdIceCold pic.twitter.com/11Ym8E6uCf

I'm imagining any and all sweat on my body freezing into ice shards as well as the effect is has on ... ahem ... appendages.
