NBATV to televise Grizzlies Training Camp

Grizzlies camp to be televised

Justin Ford-USA TODAY Sports

The Memphis Grizzlies training camp will be televised on Friday, October 2nd on NBATV. It will be on from 4-6:30 p.m. central standard time so get your DVR's ready if you're into this kind of thing.

The Grizzlies will be joined by the Milwaukee Bucks (10-12:30 a.m) and the Cleveland Cavaliers (Thursday 10-12 a.m.). The Minnesota Timberwolves camp was shown on Tuesday.

The Grizzlies are using new P3 training technology to help with conditioning and to prevent injuries. It will be interesting to see if that is mentioned or shown at all. It was mentioned several times on Media Day and seems to be a focus going forward.

I'm excited about this for one reason. THE TURNING AROUND OF JEFF GREEN'S NBA CAREER WILL BE TELEVISED FOR THE WORLD TO SEE. Because you know one training camp is the key to everything.

Watching how involved the young guys are and seeing them try to show they deserve playing time will be interesting to see. Especially, Jordan Adams and Russ Smith.

It will be commentated by Jared Greenberg and Reggie Miller. It will also be streamed live on NBA.com.
