Chris Paul pulled off what many are calling the play of the year in tonight’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
In the highlight, Paul leads a one-man fast break, puts on the jets, and finishes at the rim despite a nasty foul from Vince Carter. Frankly, I’m shocked Carter wasn’t called for a flagrant two and ejected from the game.
This was officiated as an AND 1 foul https://t.co/7GmlycUZwU

It takes a truly special player to pull off such a mind-melting play. The ball-handling and quickness... The poetic athleticism, as CP3 bends and contorts his body to complete the basket... The intrepid grit to do it all while Carter essentially buries a hatchet in his very back...
These are the kinds of plays that you tell your grandchildren about when they need to learn about how things were done, and how tough we had it back in the day. Buckets aren’t given. They’re earned through blood and sweat.
Pray for CP3 https://t.co/jsIsy4KwdY
