There has been a lot of talk in recent days about the Memphis Grizzlies and their ability to finish and win "clutch" games. That is part of what makes them unique- no other team in the NBA is as good at winning those close, final moment games as Memphis is. That is part of why point differential statistics hate them- they are an exception, not a rule.
That needs to apply as well tonight, as they rebound from a tough loss to the Utah Jazz. The Grizzlies must dig deep and carry on as they enter a key back-to-back here before the holidays. Chandler Parsons' return is on the horizon. James Ennis and Mike Conley will hopefully continue to round back in to shape. Sometimes, having a short-term memory about a failure is just another example of being "clutch."
