What to Watch For
Personnel Management: This is the first Great Western Road Trip for coach David Fizdale, so it’ll be interesting to see who he decides to play on what nights. I’d wager it’s a full roster (minus injuries) for this one, but not everyone will play the first night in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Kings Momentum: The Kings won four in a row before losing to Portland two days ago, and they now begin a longer home stand. They’ll be comfortable and rested.
Keep It (Under) 100: Sacramento ranks 21st in offensive production at just over 100 points per game, with DeMarcus Cousins producing about 30% of that. If the Grizz can keep Boogie in check and keep the Kings out of triple digits, it’ll be an easy road to victory.
Prediction
Memphis wins by 12, but Marc Gasol plays too many minutes.
