The Grizzlies came away with a win against the Anthony Davis led Pelicans 110-95, in a game that was a lot closer than the final score represents. Zach Randolph made his presence felt in the paint as he finished with 22 points and 12 rebounds, while Jeff Green continued his recent string of strong performances with 24 points and 7 boards. Mike Conley had a strong game as he ended the game with a double double (17 pts, 10 asts) to lead the Grizz to the W.

It was a one point Grizzly lead heading into halftime and by the end of the 3rd quarter, and the Grizzlies were actually down by two with 7 minutes left in the game before going on a 10-0 run to put a choke hold on the game. Vince Carter came through with two killer threes down the stretch to secure the win. The Grizzlies ended the game on a 26-9 run.

For the Pelicans, Anthony Davis threw up 23 points and 9 rebounds, and Norris Cole chipped in with 23 of his own, but it was not enough for the Pels, who continue to see their very slim playoff hopes circle the drain.

For the Grizzlies, it's their 10th victory in the last 12 games.  They play the Knicks next on Friday.
