What to Watch For
The last time the Grizz met the Clips, we were graced with one of the best Marc Gasol celebrations of all time:
... Which was the only reasonable response in the moment, right? A game-winning corner three to topple a bitter rival, who just also happened to have the best record in the NBA at the time? Yeah, I think so.
Los Angeles will be out for revenge, and they’ll be on a two day rest. Memphis will also (hopefully) be out for revenge after their terrible play last night against the Lakers. The Grizzlies will need to contain Redick better than they did in the first two meetings. No Blake Griffin and no Chris Paul helps, but if Marc Gasol is hobbled or unable to play due to the second half of the back to back blues Memphis will struggle. JaMychal Green has to be able to rotate and defend well, and the bench has to perform better than they did last game.
Prediction
Memphis puts up a fight, but falls by narrow double digits due to fourth quarter exhaustion.
