Grizzlies vs. Nuggets GameThread

It's been a while since Memphis won a game. Hopefully a matinee is just the ticket.

Isaiah J. Downing-USA TODAY Sports

So the Memphis Grizzlies are now 2-8 in games where they have 2 or more nights off.

And the Grizzlies haven't won a game in almost two weeks.

And Chandler Parsons continues to struggle. And Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph shot 9-28 against the Pacers on Friday night.

A lot of things to feel down about, right?

The good news is, the Grizzlies have played pretty well against Denver this season. Memphis is 2-0 against the Nuggets, scoring 108 and 119 points in those victories. They averaged 28.5 assists and 10 steals between both contests while shooting 50% from the field. Denver has improved defensively now that Mason Plumlee is in town, but the bears of Beale Street have done some good things against this Nuggets team.

Here's to hoping that trend continues.
