According to a report by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Vince Carter has agreed to a 1-year, $8 million deal with the Sacramento Kings. This of course means he will be leaving the Memphis Grizzlies, heading out west with Zach Randolph.
Free agent Vince Carter has agreed to a one-year, $8M deal with Sacramento, agents Kurt Schoeppler and Jim Tanner tell ESPN.

Vince Carter is coming off of a productive season at the age of 40, and has said in the past he could still be productive and play another 3 years. It appears he has chosen another good pay day over playing for a contender, but when you are 40 years old and still able to get an $8 million contract offer? You probably should take it.
He’s called half-man, half-amazing for a reason. Vince is one of the most athletic players to ever step on the court and the longevity makes it even more impressive.
This was him just 4 months ago.
Just a casual between-the-legs dunk. Nbd.

My back is sore just watching that.
Congratulations to Vince Carter on his new deal. The Sacramento Grizzl...er, Kings, add another veteran piece to their young squad to show them what it means to be pros.
