View from the Enemy: Memphis at Indiana

“Pacers make a statement on opening night.”

View from the Enemy

The Memphis Grizzlies played their opening night game last night against the Indiana Pacers and it did not go well from them. They got down in the first quarter and were never competitive after that, leading to a blow out loss.

The view from the enemy is built according to various Twitter sources, Indiana Pacers SB Nation Blog Indy Corn Rows Game Thread, and Indiana Pacers RealGM forum.

Lets take a look at what the Pacers fans had to say:

Before the Game

I thought the game is on the 17th, not the 16th.

During the Game

Good thing Bojan’s got it going

Sloppy start. Don’t think this Grizzlies starting 5 has enough scoring.

Sabonis had me doing the Mark Jackson shoulder shimmy on that dunk.

Wishing I knew how to create a poll on whether Tyreke is fat or not

Dougie is much more athletic than I realized.

After the Game

Great start to the season. Really impressive performance. The new guys certainly didn’t disappoint. Things get a heck of a lot tougher on Friday.
