Memphis Grizzlies vs Phoenix Suns Game Preview

Can the Grizzlies continue their hot streak against the not so hot Suns

NBA: Phoenix Suns at Memphis Grizzlies Justin Ford-USA TODAY Sports

WHO: Memphis Grizzlies (5-2) vs Phoenix Suns (1-7)

WHEN: 7:00 PM CT

The Memphis Grizzlies are on a three game win streak as they take on the Phoenix Suns. The Suns come into this game with a bad record of 1-7 despite the play of rookie center DeAndre Ayton who averages about 16 points a game this season.

The Grizzlies need to rally the bigs and Marc Gasol in order to slow down Ayton and the Suns.

Battle of the Rookie Bigs

Battle of the Rookie Bigs

Ayton not only has Marc Gasol to worry about, but Jaren Jackson Jr. remains a threat to Ayton if he can stay out of foul trouble.

Jackson main goal should be getting inside out with Ayton. Jackson has a three point shot so he needs to work from the outside in to stop Ayton in his tracks. Gasol needs to step up in the post if the Grizzlies want to continue their streak.

Guard Play

Devin Booker remains a threat if he is healthy. Conley and Temple need to slow him down on the perimeter to continue their streak.

Final Predictions

Grizzles take another one on the road 110-96.
