It’s a big week, so Nathan and I break a lot of things down.

The sky is not falling after all, as the Memphis Grizzlies are back to their winning ways, accumulating resounding wins over the Los Angeles Lakers and the Atlanta Hawks.

It’s truly a sight to see.

This week, in particular, has been a big week for the Memphis Grizzlies, not just for its current situation, but for future outlook. In this week’s Core 4, Nathan Chester and I talk about:

  • The Grizzlies’ current stretch of wins, while answering why the Grizzlies are further ahead in their rebuild than the Atlanta Hawks.
  • Assessing Justise Winslow’s potential impact on his roster, and if he should count in the “without Jaren Jackson Jr. and Brandon Clarke” storyline.
  • The excitement building for the first-ever matchup between Ja Morant and Luka Doncic
  • Comparing the Ja and Zion Williamson Rookie of the Year race to last year’s with Luka and Trae Young.

Oh, and it included an infinite number of shout-out’s to Malik Beasley for helping the Grizzlies’ playoff odds.
